From our organization as a parish in 1815 to today, St. John's Church has provided a powerful symbol of faith in the heart of our nation's capital.

Directions & Parking

Located at the corner of 16th and H Streets in Northwest Washington, St. John's is near the McPherson Square and Farragut North Metro stations. Limited street parking is available; free valet parking is offered for certain hours.

Christmas Pageant Sign up and Rehearsal

This year, the Christmas Pageant rehearsal – mandatory for anyone who wants to participate in the pageant – will be Saturday, December 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We are  issuing a call for shepherds, angels, friendly beasts, and anyone interested in helping  with the pageant. Sign up forms will be handed out to students and parents in Church School. If you have questions, please email the Rev.
