Holy Week Survey Form 2021

Holy Week and Easter are only a few weeks away. During this sacred time, we are actively planning to scale up our in-person services in terms of numbers in attendance and potentially numbers of services. We need your help in gauging the interest in attending services so that we can accommodate as many parishioners as possible.

Your health and safety are our major concerns as we regather. All City and Diocesan health guidelines for regathering will be observed, including masking, physical distancing, using hand sanitizer, and ensuring that those in attendance are in good health.

With all of this in mind, please take a few minutes to answer this survey as soon as possible. Your responses will help us determine, for example, if we need to add additional services on Palm Sunday and Easter Day to provide sufficient space for all who wish to be at St. John’s.

Thank you for letting us know of your interest in regathering during Holy Week and Easter.
