From our organization as a parish in 1815 to today, St. John's Church has provided a powerful symbol of faith in the heart of our nation's capital.

Directions & Parking

Located at the corner of 16th and H Streets in Northwest Washington, St. John's is near the McPherson Square and Farragut North Metro stations. Limited street parking is available; free valet parking is offered for certain hours.

More than a year since the invasion of Ukraine, the need for humanitarian aid and support for the people continues. St. John’s Refugee Committee invites you to learn more about the needs of Ukrainians. Judi Garrett, the Chief Operating Officer of the Jewish Relief Network Ukraine (JRNU), will speak about the organization’s work providing life-saving support to tens of thousands of Ukrainians, including those who have been displaced from their homes and those who have lost their jobs and other sources of income.
