St. John’s Speaker Series is a popular adult education offering held between services at 10:00 AM on select Sundays from September to May. Nationally noted individuals, from scholars and poets to world leaders and faith leaders, present on pressing issues of the day and impactful historical events to expand our knowledge as individuals and as a community.

Members of St. John's share about their recent visit to our partner school in South Africa.

Learn about our partnership with Kwasa College in Springs, South Africa from a group of St. John's parishioners who visited in August 2024. The trip centered around visiting Kwasa College and strengthened our partnership with the founder and head of school, The Rev. Sharron Dinnie.
After visiting Kwasa College, the group visited with leadership in the Diocese of Highveld and the Diocese of Cape Town. The travelers will share their experience visiting Kwasa as well as visiting the surrounding communities in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
